The Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts presents its summer Theatrefest--a dynamic season full of exhilarating magic, memorable music and powerful emotion. Study and attend two performances during the week, one outdoors and under the stars in the Danish town of Solvang and one on the Main Stage in Santa Maria. Go behind-the-scenes and from page to stage with classes taught by PCPA professionals. Meet PCPA directors, equity and student actors, scenic and costume designers. Participate in discussions and talk backs from performances with PCPA professionals. Explore the history of these beautiful rolling hills and discover Central Coast windswept beaches through a field trip. Enjoy wine class and tasting, hosted at local winery in Solvang.

Then step into the world of Alfred Hitchcock by attending "The 39 Steps" in this hilarious Tony Award winning thriller. Enjoy this evening production in a quaint Danish town at Solvang Festival Outdoor Theater.
